More areas will experience cloudy skies and rainshowers on Thursday due to the low pressure area and the southwest monsoon or habagat, according to Pagasa. | cgonzalesINQ

“Nananatili po na mababa ang tyansa na mag-develop ito into a tropical depression, pero magdadala pa rin ng pag-ulan sa malaking bahagi ng Luzon at Visayas,” Pagasa weather specialist Ezra Bulquerin said.

Mimaropa, Western and Central Visayas and Zamboanga Peninsula will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon. The rest of Mindanao will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms, according to Pagasa.Baguio City: 16 to 23 degrees CelsiusLegazpi City: 25 to 31 degrees CelsiusCebu: 24 to 30 degrees CelsiusZamboanga City: 24 to 32 degrees Celsius
