With this, the mayor will allow barangays to issue their own quarantine passes, although these will only be used within their respective jurisdictions.“The barangay pass is only allowed within the territorial jurisdiction of the barangays,” said the mayor. We still dont have passes here in Guadalupe. We were told they ran out of passes and just borrow from households we dont know who. Passes can be made electronic thru phone app. What happened?
