“We’re firing up our 5G within these cities’ select vicinities which are residential areas and centers of daily commerce," said Coco Domingo, Globe vice president for Strategic Platforms and Partnerships.
Globe initially rolled out its 5G network in Bonifacio Global City , Makati Central Business District, Rockwell Center, Ortigas CBD, and strategic areas along EDSA and C5. Globe has also rolled out its 5G ready devices bundled with postpaid plans. The introductory price and discounts applied to the mobile phones are available until September 30, 2020 via Globe’s online shop and stores nationwide.
