MMFF 2019: Unexpected hits, befuddling missesThrough the years, we’ve always let the vacuous content (“Fantastica”) and neuron-decimating titles (“Gandarrapiddo: The Revenger Squad”) of Vice Ganda’s Metro Manila Film Festival Filipino students are the lowest in reading comprehension. Filipinos are the 3rd most ignorant about issues that affect them. No wonder, most Pinoys watch inane comedies, year in, year out. Anything substantive make their precious few brain cells commit hara-kiri. 🤔🙄😎 At last, something factual about our movies. Im sorry to say this but I never loved watching local movies bcoz of its plot regardless of who are the actors in it. I dont hate them but I say take this as a challenge to produce quality movies that pairup those of international.

MMFF 2019 awards night: Complete list of winnersMovies that won the best picture 2nd best and 3rd best picture should not pulled out from the cinemas just three days of being shown , rules should give them at least a whole week! For us, Aga Muhlach is the rightful best actor because a great number of people felt his honest and heartwarming performance in Miracle. Great performances in “commercial films” should also be rewarded, hindi lang sa mga so-called quality/art films. Yes i cried and cried bec I felt what he was feeling! This was his best performance!
