Police said the body of Louella Jaganas Acaylar was found by a 12-year-old child hidden in the bushes in Zone 3.Police said the victim’s underwear was found near her body but her clothes were intact. Acaylar’s neck was tied with an eco-bag strap.
Investigation disclosed that the victim was last seen on Monday morning, July 24, when she asked permission to go to a classmate’s house to deliver clothes.
