“Asahan natin yung maulap na papawirin na may kalat kalat na pag-ulan, pagkidlat at pagkulog sa may Palawan, pati na rin sa may Basilan, Sulu at Tawi-Tawi,” weather specialist Veronica Torres reported. “Dito sa Metro Manila at nalalabing bahagi ng bansa ay asahan natin yung bahagyang maulap hangang sa maulap na kalangitan na may mga isolated rain showers,” she added.
