DAVAO CITY – The Mindanao Development Authority Board of Directors formally welcomed and acknowledged their new chairman, Secretary Leo Tereso Magno. The MinDA Board of Directors formalized his appointment through a resolution passed on Thursday, June 27, during a board meeting here.
