Puntahan ang mga pasyalang ito dahil sa kanilang overlooking view o tanawin mula sa itaas: Tagaytay para sa Taal Lake at Antipolo para sa Metro Manila.Wala namang naitatalang nagkasakit sa usok na galing sa Taal Volcano at pumeperwisyo sa mga taga-Batangas at maging Mindoro.Haze na dulot ng pollutants ang naranasan naman ng mga taga-Metro Manila at paligid nito.
Nilinaw ng Phivolcs na walang kinalaman ang volcanic smog galing Bulkang Taal sa sitwasyon sa Metro Manila dahil hindi paroon ang direksyon ng hangin.Sa kabila nito, kapwa may masamang dulot sa kalusugan ang vog at haze kaya pinaalalahanan ang publiko na iwasan na munang lumabas at kung sakali, magsuot ng face masks bilang proteksyon.
