The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority reported on its Twitter page that there was flooding at Chino Roces Avenue corner Metropolitan Street in Makati with floodwaters reaching as high as 19 inches at around 9:30 a.m.
The MMDA reported that at 8:48 a.m., the portion of EDSA in front of the Baclaran church in Parañaque had collected eight-inch high floodwater.
