Via banderainquirer Metro Manila mayors, wala munang Christmas party sa Pasko

Ayon kay Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez, chairman ng Metro Manila Council, ito ay dahil sa ilalaan na muna ang pondo na pang Christmas party sa pagtugon sa problema sa COVID-19.Bibigyan aniya ng prayoridad ng Metro Manila mayors ang pagtugon sa naturang problema.

“Actually po, hindi lang po iyong mga Christmas party, iyon pong mga ibang mga projects ay nai-realign na rin po natin doon sa ating mga COVID prevention at doon po sa ating paglaban ng ating pandemic na ito. At siguro naman po iyong Christmas party po natin, iyan po ay gagawin po ng lahat ng LGUs sa Metro Manila. Mayroon po tayong hinaharap na pandemic po na ito, ito po ang ating bibigyan ng priority,” pahayag ni Olivarez.

Una rito, sinabi ni Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte na wala na munang Christmas party sa kanyang siyudad at ilalaan na lamang ang pondo para sa pagtugon sa COVID-19.
