Metro Manila may have less than 200 daily COVID-19 cases by end of November — OCTA

As the coronavirus disease situation in Metro Manila steadily improves, independent research group OCTA projected that the average number of coronavirus disease cases in the region could further decrease to less than 200 by the end of November.

This translates to a seven-day average of 385 cases–the lowest since Feb. 13, 2021, which is just before the surge of COVID-19 cases driven by the Alpha and Beta variants, David said in a tweet. In another tweet, he pointed out that nearly all COVID indicators in Metro Manila are looking “better now” than it was at this time last year.
