PCSO suspends lotto, other games in MECQ areasAfter Metro Manila and nearby provinces were placed under the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ), the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Monday announced that its games will remain suspended in these areas indefinitely.
