Defining the News

April 20, 2024, 7:40 pmMCDONALD’S Philippines has supersized its employee experience with a monthslong program known as “Salamuch Crew,” both a literal and figurative way of saying thank you to its workforce.

“Nakakatuwa po na mabasa ‘yung mga results or ‘yung mga thank-you messages that we found across the different touchpoints from the walls to the boxes to the online Padlet,” said Adi Hernandez, Assistant Vice President for Corporate Relations & Impact, McDonald’s Philippines. “Of course, with more stores that are opening means there are more people opening more employment opportunities for young Filipinos, especially for the crew,” Hernandez said.
