Metro Manila — Manila City Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso on Monday ordered the closure of sidewalk stalls in Ylaya Street in Divisoria due to improper waste management.
[Translation: Are you not ashamed of being like pigs there, or also in your homes? Do I really need to surprise you? I’m already giving you the opportunity to conduct your businesses.] [Translation: We allowed to them to sell at night, right? If they will just leave their trash like that everyday, we should shut them down.]
