Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez on Wednesday, March 22, reminded city hall employees of their pledge to serve the people honestly and efficiently. He stressed that honesty and efficiency should be the topmost priority of city hall employees while at work.City Administrator Pacifico Maghari III said notices to explain have been sent to the employees involved.
They were asked to explain in 48 hours to accord them due process after which the City Legal Office will act on the matter.
