President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. will attend the coronation of King Charles III in May, Philippine Ambassador to the United Kingdom Teodoro Locsin Jr. said. ManilaBulletin

Based on a report by ABS-CBN, Locsin said Marcos would not stay long in England as he still has to attend the ASEAN Summit in Indonesia.

King Charles's coronation will be on May 6, while the ASEAN Summit is slated to start as early as May 9.President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. will attend the coronation of King Charles III in May, Philippine Ambassador to the United Kingdom Teodoro Locsin Jr. said., Locsin said Marcos will not be staying long in England, saying he will still have to attend the Association of Southeast Asian Nations Summit in Indonesia.

King Charles's coronation will be on May 6,, while the ASEAN Summit is slated to start as early as May 9. "When I saw him in the wake of [the late Trade Secretary] Bobby Ongpin, he said: 'Teddy Boy, I'm coming in, but we have to leave at once because we have to catch the summit ,'" Locsin shared with ABS-CBN.The former Foreign Affairs Secretary said King Charles and President Marcos know each other because they used to play polo together.
