NPC Chairperson and former Senate President Vicente Sotto III said the upcoming alliance was grounded on the two parties’ “desire for genuine unity, strength, and continued positive change.” “Historically, the NPC has always been supportive of the elected president.
The upcoming alliance is set to be formalized in a ceremony in Makati City on Saturday evening. Marcos was expected to attend the ceremony.
