"It will come out next month and we already briefed him on what the major elements… the key elements of those plans, and he provided comments, suggestions moving forward," Balisacan said in a statement. The Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028 contains targets and strategic actions of government agencies in the next six years.
The NEDA chief said this is the first time that the plan would be presented before the start of the first full year of the Chief Executive.
