Marcos, Imbento, Bistado: Naghirap ang mga Filipino sa ilalim ni Marcos

Sa ilalim ni Marcos, naitala ang pinakamataas na inflation rate ng Pilipinas. Umabot ito lagpas 50% noong 1984 – 19 na taon matapos na una siyang maupo bilang presidente. Ibig sabihin, ang mga presyo ng bilihin noong 1984 ay 50% ang itinaas kung ikukumpara noong 1983.

Hindi rin naman lumaki ang suweldo ng mga Filipino kahit na nagmahal ang mga bilihin. Kung hindi raw dahil kay Marcos, baka naging mas maunlad pa ang Pilipinas ngayon.

Baka nga lagpas tatlo o hanggang apat na beses na mas malaki pa ang kita ng bawat Filipino kung nagkataon.
