President-elect Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. was also the overwhelming choice of Filipinos who voted abroad.Results of the month-long overseas absentee voting submitted by several Philippine diplomatic posts and the Commission on Elections Transparency Media server showed that Marcos received 330,231 votes, way beyond the 89,624 garnered by his closest rival, Vice President Maria Leonor 'Leni' Robredo.

Marcos' dominance in the overseas polls continued in the Middle East and Africa cluster, composed of Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain.The standard bearer of the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas got 111,025 votes while Robredo only got 19,856.In Saudi Arabia, where there is a 98 percent voter turnout, Marcos obtained 46,748 votes compared to Robredo's 8,582.
