Malacañang has declared June 24 a special non-working day in Manila. ManilaBulletin READ:

Through Proclamation No. 261, June 24, which falls on a Saturday, was declared as a special non-working day to mark the city's celebration of its 452nd founding anniversary.

"[I]t is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Manila be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration," the Palace said in the proclamation.It was signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin by authority of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. on Thursday, June 15.

Malacañang has declared June 24, 2023 a special non-working day in Manila as the city celebrates its 452nd founding anniversary.
