Some barangays in Manila and Quezon Cities will experience power interruptions starting Tuesday, May 30 to Thursday, June 1., it said the temporary power outage is due to line maintenance and relocation of facilities.

Some streets in Tondo and Sta. Cruz will lose power from 10:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Tuesday, and from 5 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Among the affected streets are parts of Old and New Antipolo, Laguna, Batangas, F. Yuseco, Bolinao, S. Herrera,The scheduled maintenance will also cause power interruption in portions of Rizal and Abad Santos Avenues from 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday to. 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, some parts of Batasan Hills and Matandang Balara, Quezon City will also have no electricity on Wednesday and Thursday. Power supply along Don Mariano Marcos Avenue from Meralco – Diliman substation to Commonwealth Village in Barangay Matandang Balara will be interrupted between 11 p.m. on Wednesday to 6 a.m. on Thursday.
