Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso revealed that the city’s vaccination portal received 133 hack attempts Wednesday night, hours prior to the overcrowding at vaccination sites on Thursday.Domagoso, however, said the hackers failed to break into the vaccination portal of the city.
“Our system is not perfect but at the end of the day, what matters most is the objective…I will do everything for us to move on…in my own little way,” he said.
