According to the report of Southern Police District , the suspect was identified as John Angelo Lagartos, 28, tagged by the Pasay City Police as Top 5 most wanted person.
Col. Froilan Uy, city police chief, said Lagartos was arrested around 5:10 p.m. on Waling Waling St. in Barangay 192, Pasay City. Uy said Pasay City Regional Trial Court Branch 109 Judge Christian Pascual Castaneda issued on Feb. 19 a warrant of arrest against the suspect for the crime of robbery with a recommended bail of P100,000.
The city police chief said members of the WSS conducted “Oplan Galugad” against all wanted persons in the city, which led to the arrest of Lagartos.
