The victim was identified by police as Ritchel Alarde, a.k.a. “Joaquin”, of legal age, and a resident of the place where he was gunned down.
Police Corporal Cresenciano Saladaga, investigator-on-the-case, said the victim was just standing along the roadside when he was shot.They immediately called police for help but when they arrived together with paramedics, the man was no longer responding.Saladaga learned from the neighbors of the victim that he was just released from jail early this year for a drug case.motive of the incident and the possible identity of the assailant.
