A 30-year-old man hacked his two-year-old son and four-year old niece dead and was gunned down by his cousin to stop his rampage in a remote barangay in Glan, Sarangani on Saturday, Oct. 1.

GLAN, Sarangani –

The suspect then attacked and injured Rose Ann Pondong, wife of Boy, and their one week-old son, Vincent.
