Members of the Muntinlupa police’s Intelligence Section were conducting an operation against illegal activities when they saw Jomi Cos in an alley allegedly loading ammunition to a gun. This prompted the police to arrest him.Confiscated from him were a .38-caliber revolver without a serial number and six pieces of live ammunition.
Cos will be charged for violation of Republic Act 10591 for illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.
