SAGUDAY, Quirino – Police arrested a man for 61 counts of rape in Barangay Gamis here on Monday, Oct. 3.Saguday police led by Capt. Alex F. Orbillo, chief of police, together with the First Quirino Provincial Mobile Force Company, served the warrant of arrest on the suspect issued by Judge Remalie C. Corbe-Cardenas, presiding judge, Second Judicial Region, Regional Trial Court, Branch 32, Cabarroguis, Quirino dated Sept. 14.His arrest was covered by “Coplan: Blacklist.
Suspect was taken to the Rural Health Unit for examination and to the police station for documentation and proper disposition prior to turnover to the court of origin.
