Kent Michael Telebanco was awarded the third place with a prize of P15,000, followed by Patricia Joyce Basmayor for the second place and a prize of P25,000.Jayven Villamater clinched first place with a prize of P35,000 and a round trip ticket to Kuala Lumpur. The embassy would adapt his design as the official logo for the 60th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between the Philippines and Malaysia .
More than being an avenue for creativity, the logo design competition was also an initiative to showcase the strong bilateral relationship between the Philippines and Malaysia.'Throughout the years, Malaysia and Philippines have shared the rich tapestry of history, cultural changes and mutual achievements; of shared aspirations to prosperity or joint efforts in promoting regional stability.
