The Makati City local government has recently awarded its top 10 students and named its new city youth ambassador as it continues to boost its educational programs and initiatives amid the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

In a program held at the Makati City Hall, the top ten students of Makati City were awarded by Makati City Mayor Abby Binay in recognition of their excellent academic performance in their respective schools.

The top 10 students are Matthew Ivan Galvez of Makati Science High School, Jerome Samuel Tan of Makati Hope Christian School, Mikaella Caluag of Makati High School, Leila Caudilla of San Antonio National High School, Nisha Jai Collado of Bangkal High School, Zach Anthony Ty of Makati Hope Christian School, Derron Noleal of St.

On March 21, the city government launched the newest iteration of its Air Binay sneakers to its students as well as the distribution of Randoseru bags, jackets, and raincoats. Aside from the sneakers, bags, jackets, and raincoats, the city government has also distributed other school supplies, leather shoes, uniforms, and learning modules to its students.

It has also deployed free internet and Mobile Learning Hubs to various barangays in Makati to ensure that children will have access to the internet for their educational and research needs.
