Geraldine Roman, filed Wednesday a resolution seeking to investigate the alleged discrimination and harassment against transgender woman Gretchen Custodio Diez.

Diez was later released that night after the mall's management dropped the unjust vexation complaint against her."Babagsak ba ang langit kung pinayagan natin ang isang transwoman umihi sa CR ng babae?" she told reporters Tuesday. Besides Roman, the signatories of the resolution were Gabriela Party-list Rep. Arlene Brosas, Bayan Muna Party-list representatives Carlos Zarate, Ferdinand Gaite and Eufemia Cullamat, Kabataan Party-list Rep. Sarah Elago, and ACT Teachers Party-list Rep. France Castro.
