MANILA - A 4.3-magnitude earthquake jolted Davao Occidental province Tuesday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said. The tectonic tremor occurred at 3:32 a.m. some 400 kilometers east of Sarangani town.
It had a depth of 222 kilometers.
