The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Brad has waived payment of penalties for various violations of the agency’s guidelines by public utility vehicle operators.

Likewise, the agency has waived the penalties on the condition that the following transactions are filed on or before December 31: Non-confirmation of PUV which should not be more than two years, covering the period March 1, 2020 to September 30, 2022Non-filing of Income Tax Return /Audited Financial Statement , covering years 2019 until 2021
