The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has said it uncovered two unauthorized transport network vehicle service (TNVS) companies operating in the country.

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board has said it uncovered two unauthorized transport network vehicle service companies operating in the country.

Guadiz said the LTFRB has coordinated with Department of Information and Communications Technology to ban their applications. It added after securing its compliance with the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Bureau of Internal Revenue, both in the latter part of 2022, it has also met the requirements duly-established by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board and consequently filed its application to be a duly-accredited Transportation Network Company.
