A low pressure area in the country has developed into a tropical depression, the state-run weather bureau said on Saturday.'Agaton', which was last spotted some 2, 015 kilometers east of Mindanao, will affect areas in the region, the Visayas and Bicol, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services said.In its 8 a.m.
Along with the intertropical convergence zone , Agaton is expected to bring cloudy skies and scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Bicol and the rest of Visayas and Mindanao in the next 24 hours, Pagasa said.Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or localized thunderstorms, it said.In its 3 a.m.
