Several areas in Luzon may experience cloudy weather with scattered rain showers in the next 24 hours because of the prevalence of a low pressure area and the northeast monsoon, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration on Tuesday, Feb. 21.
This weather disturbance will continue to bring light to occasional intense rains to mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon. PAGASA warned against possible flooding or landslides, particularly in areas that are highly vulnerable to these hazards.
