Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. issued on Tuesday a stern “last warning” that his agency – the Department of Foreign Affairs – “has the exclusive remit” over the country’s international relations. | CMRamosINQ

“I don’t come from diplomacy; I come from a life that settled the hash of a lotta people who talked tough and ended up biting dirt. I don’t talk, I deal,” he added.Roque belittled the parking of Chinese ships at Julian Felipe Reef

Roque further claimed that the reef is not even in the country’s EEZ. The lingering presence of Chinese vessels near the reef, however, was the subject of numerous diplomatic protests recently lodged by the DFA. To recall, DFA statements released in April stated that the Julian Felipe Reef is “part of the Kalayaan Island Group and lies in the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Republic of the Philippines.”The reef, according to the DFA, is located 175 nautical miles west of Batarza town in Palawan, and well within the 200-nautical mile EEZ rule of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. or UNCLOS.

CMRamosINQ Away Boy and Girl. LOL

CMRamosINQ It appears it's Sec. Locsin whom Roque should challenge to a debate, whether or not Julian Felipe Reef lies within the country's EEZ.

CMRamosINQ Last year Duque acted like the Foreign Secretary by not closing the borders to china travelers to avoid disappointing it; This year Roque acted like the Foreign Secretary by disowning Julian Felipe Reef to also avoid disappointing china; Now Sec. Locsin is just twittering

CMRamosINQ Well Roque has denied the inclusion of Julian Felipe Reef on the Phil's EEZ just to justify Dutae's inaction. Mga walanghiya talaga. DuterteTraydor

CMRamosINQ sila na lang ni hariroke ang mag debate

CMRamosINQ Im sure may kuda na naman ang batla! 😜😜😜

CMRamosINQ wala kase sa group chat

CMRamosINQ Why you have to issue a last warning Mr. Secretary? Why not put your foot where your mouth is kung talagang matapang ka.

CMRamosINQ Fire him! He now thinks he’s the SFA or the spokesperson of the DFA. Haha.

CMRamosINQ Roque has unwittingly become a loose canon, overstepping his domain in his over-zealous attempts to single-handedly undertake damage control on the mispronouncements of his boss.

CMRamosINQ Obviously, your president is either sleeping or is sick that he no longer knows whats happening. Or did he ever? Tamad na hambog kase

CMRamosINQ Yong mga nakaupo ang alam lang ngaun mag 'warning'!!!!!
