Locsin recalls Nobel Prize frustration as he congratulates RessaMaria Ressa’s in-person acceptance of her Nobel Peace Prize has reminded Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Teddy Boy Locsin of one of his great frustrations in life. And the country will not even petition against it? It's making every Filipino accept her accusations that we are gullible lambs to the slaughter under the chopping block of a dictator.
