Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. backed on Monday the lifting of the ECQ, saying that it was time to see whether or not the public “learned hard enough to step out safely.” | CMRamosINQ

“Time to test if the public learned hard enough to step out safely — workers back to jobs, businesses back to business. Public must manfully take responsibility,” he added.

Metro Manila and other high-risk provinces remain under an enhanced community quarantine while the more relaxed general community quarantine was imposed on other moderate to low-risk areas starting on May 1. Locsin believes that, should the government ease quarantine restrictions “for vital economic reasons,” any increase in the number of coronavirus cases ”could be justifiably blamed on the failure of people [and] communities to continue observing the health practices of the quarantine which are meant to continue as the way of living for the foreseeable future.”

“Indeed and in fact the quarantine was the way to force us to adopt those health practices and become permanently accustomed to them to the point of habit: wearing masks, keeping physical distance, hygiene and others,” he said in another tweet. CMRamosINQ May clapperboard ba yan. Para pag hindi pa pala nakaintindi ang mga pinoy ay may sisigaw na lang ng CUT at TAKE TWO!!!!

CMRamosINQ Learned hard enough? That they might get sick or they might get...

CMRamosINQ This man has been rapidly in decline.

CMRamosINQ I don't think that is the right attitude moving foward. There is no such thing as 'testing'. Ano mangyayari kung hindi..'oops MALI'? But there is no re-boot, is there?

CMRamosINQ Fuck teddyboylocsin

CMRamosINQ Athena78783182 I don't care if you agree or not to my opinion. Wag kang paepal para lang makaalis ka dito sa Pinas. No one's above the law so whether you like it or not you have to stay.😏

CMRamosINQ Guinea pig?

CMRamosINQ Athena78783182 I don't care. Magkano binayad nya sayo.😏

CMRamosINQ Just to remind us what happened last Sunday. It's still ECQ, and lots of carelessness displayed already...

CMRamosINQ Please don't under estimate masang Filipino~ How will we know~MCQ for NCR it's about time🕚🕚🕚🕚🕚

CMRamosINQ The public is stupid like you. You know at least 95% of Filipinos living in NCR region are unruly and don’t follow phyisical distancing at all. Gov’t has no extra funds to treat sick people when the positivity strikes up again! annoyed

CMRamosINQ '..any increase in the number of coronavirus cases ”could be justifiably blamed on the failure of people..” Tayo pa bibintangin ng gago sa pagkukulang ng gobyerno. Anong level ng katarantaduhan to? Unless naka hazmat suit lahat malamang maghahawaan dahil sa klase ng trabaho. 🤦‍♂️

CMRamosINQ Well, we all know that most Filipinos are the most obedient and law abiding citizens out there, that is when they are not in the Philippines of course 🙂. Just imagine the discipline while on ECQ. Therefore, please God Bless Us.

CMRamosINQ Remember you can't see the virus there's no vaccine nor cure yet for it so it's better to play safe than regret at the end. Everything is limited nowadays so why gamble when you have limited resources nor even weapons to fight this disease!

CMRamosINQ Best idea ever

CMRamosINQ This is not trial & error. We are talking about people's health dito. Anyone can be cured but most of them us can die from this disease. Don't play around if you don't want to be cheated at the end!

CMRamosINQ

CMRamosINQ Agree. Time to make guinea pigs out of Filipinos because ECQ is not implemented well anyway and Duterte is INCOMPETENT regardless.
