Learn How to Cope with Holiday Grief

In line with its Creating Better Days campaign series, Forest Lake, one of the largest and leading memorial care brands in the Philippines, is back with another webinar focused on mental health and well-being! With Christmas only a few days away, they want to specifically focus on how we can acknowledge, deal with, and cope with grief during the holidays.

The Coping with Holiday Grief webinar is Forest Lake's effort to help people kick start their journey to healing, even during the holiday season. The free webinar will be hosted by Issa Litton who will also lead the interview of the lineup of credible panelists. One of which are experts, Zarah Hernaez, a Mental Health Coach; and Dra. Ma.

The webinar will also include testimonials from someone who has dealt with the pain of loss and share how they manage to cope and deal with their grief on special occasions like the holidays. Forest Lake’s General Manager for Memorial Services, Liz Layog-Lorenzo will share insights about how the way people grieve has changed because of the pandemic, and how Forest Lake has learned to adapt to that change through its services.
