A LAW firm refuted and challenged the accuracy of news reports, including the one that appeared on the website of

on August 21, 2023 about the Court of Appeals decision on the legal battle between members of the Yanson family who control the largest bus company in the Philippines.

“The inaccurate report contained in your publication’s article violates the sub judice rule considering that it is still the subject matter of pending court proceedings,” the legal counsel of the Yanson 4 said.
