The identified chokepoints in the city will be located at the following areas: along C5 Road Extension in Barangay Manuyo ; along Padre Diego Cera Avenue in Barangay Manuyo; Zapote viaduct in Barangay Zapote, Canaynay Avenue in Barangay Manuyo Dos; Riverdrive in BFRV Barangay Talon Dos and Marcos Alvarez Avenue in Talon Singko.
