Hinahanap ng lokal na pamahalaan ng San Juan ang lalaking viral sa social media na nakalabas ang dila at inaasar ang rider na kaniyang binabasa gamit ang water gun sa selebrasyon ng Wattah Wattah Festival.

Sa ulat ni Jun Veneracion sa GMA News “24 Oras” nitong Lunes, sinabi ni San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora na naging mukha ng basaan ng kapistahan ang naturang lalaki na binansagan ng netizens na " Boy Dila ."

“Papatawag ko siya at kakausapin ko siya personally. Sisiguruhin ko na matuto ng leksyon yung masakit na leksyon na maalala niya habambuhay niya para hindi na niya ulit-ulit,” ani Zamora. Hinihinala na ang mga delivery ay ginawa ng mga taong nagalit sa kaniya. Iyon nga lang, nadadamay at napeperwisyo rin ang mga nagde-deliver.
