Lalaking may baril na nagplano umanong maghiganti sa may utang sa kaniya, huli sa Muntinlupa

Timbog ang isang 29-anyos na lalaki matapos mahulihan ng hindi lisensyadong baril sa Muntinlupa City.Sa ulat ni EJ Gomez sa 24 Oras Weekend nitong Sabado, sinabing nadakip ang suspek sa Barangay Poblacion sa lungsod."Nag-conduct po ng validation ang team... naabutan po nila 'yung isang lalaki roon na may hawak-hawak na baril," sabi ni Police Captain Aminoden Mangonday, PIO ng Muntinlupa CPS.

Hindi na nakapalag ang suspek, na sinabing nagplano siyang maghiganti sa taong may utang sa kaniya ng P3,500 ngunit ayaw nitong magbayad. "Kailangan ko ng pambayad sa bahay, para sa kuryente. Sinisingil ko, pinagmumumura pa ako kaya kinuha ko 'yung baril ko sa bahay," sabi ng suspek.Nahaharap siya sa kasong paglabag sa Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.Nakumpiska rin ng mga awtoridad mula sa suspek ang higit limang gramo ng shabu umano na may halagang halos P35,000.

Nahaharap ang suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2022, bukod sa kasong tungkol sa ilegal na baril. —BALITA
