MAYNILA - Mahigit P61,000 na halaga ng unlabeled overpriced alcohol ang nakumpiska sa isang lalaki sa entrapment operation ng PNP sa Kitanglad Street, Brgy. Doña Josefa, Quezon City nitong Linggo.
Ayon sa NCRPO Public Information Office, nakatanggap sila ng mga reklamo laban sa 59-anyos suspek na nagbebenta umano ng walang label na overpriced alcohol sa Metro Manila. Mahigit P61,000 na halaga ng 'unlabeled overpriced alcohol' ang nakumpiska sa isang lalaki sa entrapment operation ng NCRPO at CIDG sa Kitanglad Street, Brgy. Doña Josefa, QC @DZMMTeleRadyo @ABSCBNNews pic.twitter.com/hWSRpQ1z64Nakipagtransaksiyon online ang nagpanggap na buyer sa suspek, at nakumpirmang nagbebenta ito ng unlabeled alcohol sa halagang P175 kada litro.Sa operasyon, nakuha sa suspek ang 350 bote ng tig-iisang litro ng alcohol.
Mahaharap ang suspek sa mga kasong paglabag sa Price Act, Consumer Act of the Philippines at Republic Act 11332.
