'The rehabilitation of the Lagusnilad Vehicular Underpass is a much-needed project that will greatly benefit our motorists and commuters. This underpass is an important router for those traveling to Taft Avenue, and it has long been in need of repair due to its deteriorating condition,' Manila Mayor Maria Shiela 'Honey' Lacuna-Pangan said.
Motorists were told to take alternative routes: turn right to Padre Burgos Avenue, right to Round Table, Cross Padre Burgos Avenue to Maria Orosa Street, turn left to Kalaw Avenue, turn right to Taft Avenue then to the point of destination.The rehabilitation will take place for at least four months or until September 2023.
