Manila Police District spokesperson Capt. Philipp Ines says they are still validating the allegations of Senator Ping Lacson on the return of 'kotong' cops in Divisoria, Manila’s popular commercial area.

Rotten cops are back in Divisoria, Manila’s famed commercial district, and this time they are asking for goods or merchandise instead of the usual bribe money, presidential aspirant Senator Panfilo Lacson alleged over the weekend.

But instead of forking over grease money, the senator disclosed that"kotong" cops in Divisoria now have a new modus -- they provide a list of items the sellers should shell out, including fruits and vegetables Aside from meting out the appropriate punishment, Lacson said the police top brass should also provide leadership by example to discourage corruption within the ranks.

Huh? Have they ever left?😁

Syempre!

Mukhang kelangan na ngayon yung... magkano na ulit, 2M per day? 😆

Sino May alam ambag ni Lacson?
