“Ang pag-ban sa pagsasa-Filipino sa mga pelikula ay paniniil sa dapat na maunawaan ng mga Pilipino sa kanilang pinanonood. Dapat itong tutulan,” dagdag ng KWF. Sa paghahain ng House Bill 9939, sinabi ni Negros Occidental Representative Jose Francisco ''Kiko'' Benitez na dapat pag-ibayuhin ng Pilipinas ang learning delivery, kung saan ang mass media ay maaaring maging plataporma para mapalaganap ang wikang Ingles.
''We must therefore help younger generations acquire English in different settings, and through different media, to enable them to communicate better and explore new horizons, in terms of employment and social interaction," saad ng mambabatas.
