KULANG SA KONTEKSTO: Ang MRT-7 ay bahagi ng Build, Build, Build program

Sa isang Facebook post na nagpapakita ng bidyo ng ginagawang Metro Rail Transit Line 7 , iniuugnay ang nasabing proyekto sa Build, Build, Build program ng administrasyong Duterte.Noong 2001 pa lamang ay naisumite na sa Department of Transportation and Communications ang panukalang konstruksiyon ng MRT-7. Sa pangunguna ng dating pangulong Benigno Aquino III, ginanap ang groundbreaking ceremony ng proyekto noong 2016, bago pa maluklok sa pagkapresidente si Rodrigo Duterte.

Mapapanood sa naturang post ang halos apat na minutong kuha ng mga natapos nang bahagi ng proyekto, gaya ng riles na siyang magiging daanan ng mga tren ng MRT-7. Sa caption ng bidyo, ginamit ang hashtag na “#BUILDBUILDBUILD,” pahiwatig ng post na ang proyektong MRT-7 ay parte ng Build, Build, Build program na sinimulan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
