MANILA, Philippines — Kris Aquino on Wednesday apologized to her late brother former President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III for letting him down.
In a video posted on Instagram Wednesday, captioned with an open letter addressed to Noynoy, Kris expressed regret for failing to vocalize her love “enough times.”“[I] love you so much. [I’m] so sorry na hindi ko nasabi enough times when you were still here. [I’m] sorry for letting you down- but [I] know nakita mo how much your death has profoundly changed me,” she told Noynoy as he celebrated his 62nd birthday.
